Leadership

Eric Lax
CEO

Eric was the Co-Founder of Lead Financial Group which was acquired by GRPAds in 2015 where he is now the managing partner. This acquisition combined LFG's automated marketing technology with GRP's performance based agency model to create one of the biggest digital agencies in the market. Eric's expertise is in operations and management and he holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Joshua Albom
COO

Josh is the COO of GRPAds. Josh started his career in the Online Student Loan industry where he oversaw the company's marketing operations division and played a pivotal role in the sale of the business to a private equity firm. Prior to joining Global Response Partners, Joshua was the Director of Marketing at one of the largest Customer Acquisition Agencies in the US focusing on the financial services vertical.
